WHAT WE DO
Empathy Housing has two key strategies. Deliver rental accommodation to social and key worker tenants working closely with the landlord and Develop new high-quality purpose build supported housing for more vulnerable tenants.
Supported Living
Empathy housing provides a brokering solution to design and deliver supported living schemes. We work closely with care providers and, where possible, the council care commissioning team to source and design schemes to meet the requirements of the local community.
Asset Management
With our team’s fantastic understanding of the rental market and leveraging our professional relationships, we are able to maximise the income from your investments.
